It’s time for the winter decor to come down and for spring and Easter to make its way out of the attic.
I love spring and everything about it.
Opening up the windows to let the warmer breezes in, watching the trees and flowers begin to bloom, enjoying a sunset on the porch, and spending more time in the yard watching the dogs chase after the low-flying birds that spend their days mercilessly teasing them.
Bye-bye, winter and hello spring!

This year, as I began to pull out all of my birds, bunnies and cute spring printables, I realized that my printables were looking a little worn, so I thought it was time that I design some new ones to freshen up the house.
And if I’m making them for myself, of course, I’m going to share them with you!
My joy comes from Jesus
Everything I mentioned above brings me a lot of happiness, but where I truly find joy is in Jesus.
And this time of year, I find myself very emotional. I still find it difficult to wrap my head around the enormous sacrifice he made for us.
You too?
I mean, seriously! He knew what was about to happen…the unbelievable pain, the unimaginable agony…and yet Jesus still willingly went through it! For me and for you.
I often catch myself shaking my head in disbelief. How anyone could go through what Jesus did all for the sake of our sins and to save us is still mind-boggling.
I honestly don’t know that I could do the same thing, so I’m very grateful that isn’t what he asks of us. In fact, what he asks of us seems so incredibly small in comparison.
Freebies for you
So while I spend time meditating on the wonder of that day so long ago, I love to have inspiration and reminders around the house.
Since my printables from years past were looking so ragged, I decided to create some that would help me to always remember and I hope they do the same for you!
Put them in a frame, or use Mod-Podge to turn them into a Canvas print for a quick and easy DIY.

He is Risen, Subway Art
When I sat down to design this printable, I thought of all the words that remind me of Jesus. I could have easily kept on adding words, but let’s face it, I had to stop somewhere.
I do find it ironic that I needed it to fit inside a frame when the great love that Jesus has for us can’t be stuffed into an 8 x 10 little space, or anywhere else for that matter.

Because He Lives
My Savior lives, my Savior loves…this song by Aaron Shust is just beautiful and it’s the inspiration to this simple printable.

By His wounds
Such a powerful and beautiful verse.
I can just see Jesus carrying my sins on the cross that day. I don’t know about you, but it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it.
He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds, you are healed. 1 Peter 2:24

Happy Easter
I know to my very core that this season is all about Jesus and what He has done for you and me, but I couldn’t resist including this simple little bunny!

Tammy, I really like the printables. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find them when I clink on the link. Am I just missing them? With the way my week is going I could be looking right at them.
