We all have difficult times when our feelings and emotions are difficult to process. Some seasons leave us drained and exhausted, making us feel as if we’re on an emotional roller coaster with no way off.
From broken relationships to addictions. The shame of past mistakes to the emotional pain of a chronic illness, and everything in between.
None of us is immune to pain and hard times.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to deal with your emotions, you’re not alone.
So my guest today is going to show us how to work through those difficult times with an easy, step-by-step approach.

How to Process Your Feelings and Emotions
In today’s show, my guest and Christian Life Coach, Mandy Miles shares her own journey to learning how to process the self-sabotaging thoughts she was experiencing, and how when she looked back at her journals, she was stunned at what she saw.
She’ll share that the first step to handling these thoughts is by recognizing and acknowledging what we’re feeling.
As Mandy shares, it’s okay to feel sad, angry, anxious, or any other emotion we may feel. But we must identify them in order to move forward.

We must label our emotions, without judging ourselves.
I know, I know!
It’s difficult not to get down, but we’ve got to accept what we’re feeling so we can move through it.
Although feelings aren’t facts, they certainly are valid.
We deal with a lot of things in our life. There’s so much pain, not only in our lives but also in the lives of those around us.
I don’t have to tell you our feelings and emotions can stop us in our tracks. And when we’re in the midst of them, our thoughts can quickly spiral out of control.
But Mandy shows us how to harness those thoughts with a productive step-by-step approach.
She’ll give us the right questions to ask ourselves and how, if we want to experience a change in our life, we’ve got to take action.
