The truth is, there are an endless amount of Bibles you can choose from, but my favorites are study bibles. When I decided to take a couple great bible studies through church, one of my dear friends turned me on to a Study Bible and I’m so glad she did!
I didn’t know much about the Bible at the time, but a study Bible really helped me understand the verses I’d known all my life, but just couldn’t grasp before.

There’s nothing that helps you understand scripture better than reading the same verse in several translations. The problem is, most of us don’t have a stack of Bibles laying around the house and it’s just too expensive to go out and invest in all of them.

I use a dictionary when I study the Bible to look up words I already know. It helps me get a deeper understanding of the verse and it’s context.

These are some of the books I’ve personally read that’ve changed my life and helped me create a long lasting relationship with God.
